Middle School here I come!

Hello peoplessss! so I have now officially graduated from 5th GRADE!!!! Wooooohooooo! bring on summer! I am ready for everything! adventures, holidays.
We had a mini like graduation at our school. We had to get dressed up. It was nice...but alot of parents cried. Even My principal Mrs Peterson was crying. She is Leaving the school this year and going to a new Elementary school. My Mom, Dad, Brother, Sisters and Grandma (my dad's mom) were at my graduation. They were in the front row. At the ceremony we got handed our report cards. I am happy to say I got GREAT grades!! My mom made me Leis. They are a hawaiin tradition. My dad is half hawaiin. I was the only one to have Leis. My mom is awesome! She put so much time and effort into it. She's not even Hawaiian. She is from England like me! She even taught me to make it. Might show you a tutorial later.
Happy Graduation to everyone that is finished with school!! some of my friends still have a week left.
So because I did really good at school/Karate/Dance, and so did my sisters....we MIGHT be going to Florida to Universal Studios!!!!

 Can you believe it!?! I can't.... I really hope we do go... I am just freaking out thinking I will get to see...

I have offered to do a zillion chores at home so I can make more pocket money to buy Harry Potter souvenirs! I will keep you updated.
Meawhile the weather here in omaha hasn't been nice. We've had 2 tornado warnings...Yesterday we had to go to the basement at 1.30 in the morning. I was sleeping and next thing I hear is my mom taking us down. I was kind of scared. Especially after what happened in Oklohoma. We don't have that kind of stuff in England. So, its scary. It makes me sad to think what happened to all those people. Tonight there is bad weather again...I hope this weather gets better. Well gotta go...dinner is ready!! peace out ninjas...

Tuesday!!! Tuesday! when will it be Friday?? This week , well yesterday today and tomorrow I will be having Tests...tests...and more tests...Something called NESA. Had Math and Reading already next is Science. Can't wait for it to be over. Friday we have a school Carnival!! Can't wait for that! there will be lots of activities. Velcro wall, Slide and obstacle courses, cake walk, face painting, ring toss, Duck pond, Angry Birds game, Minute to win it, Bingo, and I saved the best for last!!! THROW PIES AT TEACHERS!!!! I am so going to be doing that game!!! I wonder if I will get my teacher Mr Stoller! (insert Evil laugh)Muahhhahahaaa!
We have this carnival every year to raise money for the school. If we raise $10,00 then we get to throw pies at our Principal. Now who wouldn't want to do that?? hahahah Actually our Principal is nice..so it will be funny to see her all covered in cream!

If there's any toys that you want us to review let me know. When I grow up, one of the things I want to be is an Inventor. I want to invent all kinds of cool toys. I have built alot of stuff here at home. I usually make stuff for my sisters and my brother. Sometime I will post some of my creations!!! :)

Boston marathon bombings :(

Hi everyone...been gone for a few days..there's been a lot Going on. I'm talking about what happened at the Boston marathon. The next day at school, my teacher Mr Stoller tried to reassure all of us. He told us that he couldn't believe it happened, but that we were safe, and not to worry...it was kind of weird though cause he told us not to talk about it. I mean these kind of things you should talk about it right? I have questions...why would this happen?? Why did they want to hurt all those people. My parents talked to me about this. But I still wonder why people can be like this?!? What was the point of killing all those people? Do they hate Americans? Do they hate the government? I don't get why they would kill innocent people? That just cause more hate. Then more people will hate Muslims even though most are good and have nothing to do with this. My mom used to live in Africa when she was little, and she said she grew up around people that were Muslim. They were kind and cared about family. But this kind of thing that happened will make people that are not Muslim think that all Muslim believe in is hatred and killing. So in the end what happens is more people on both sides start hating and more blood will be shed. It makes me sad. My mom is from England, and in 2005 she was 1 block away from one of the london bombings. She was lucky she was not hurt. But many other people werent. A lot of my friends at school were sad about what happened but they aren't thinking about the bigger picture. I wish there was something that we could do. We are children we should not be scared or worried that these kind of things can happen anywhere. When you go out with your friends or family you should not have to worry that you will never be coming back. That you could die because somebody wants to cause destruction and pain.  I hope that all the people that got injured at the Boston marathon bombings get better. And I hope they feel safer now that the other bomber has been caught. Thats it for now..

Lost April fools post! Founddddddd and posted!

April fool's day at school was interesting...The teachers kept telling us we had surprise tests...then they would say April fools!!! It was like that all day. kids kept pretending to fall or get hurt and then would say April fools! overall it wasn't too exciting! at the end of the day my teacher said! no homework today! we were all like cheering ...then he said hahahah April fools! so we got homework after all.
when my mom picked us up she said we are in so much trouble...she looked very mad. I thought that maybe it was an April fools joke..but she was so serious and she didn't talk to us! We didn't even go home!! When we got close to the mall she turned around and said APRIL FOOLS!! I was like Phewwwwww so happy! she got some gift cards and so she wanted to surprise us and took us to Buildabear. The new My little Ponies had come out at Buildabear. So she wanted to give us a special treat!!!!! Sachi and I were both excited! Kimi did not really care about it at all. If its not Skylanders then she doesn't care. The people at Buildabear were trying to convince her to get one. It was so funny. She kept saying...No thank you I dont like ponies I like Skylanders. I think my mom was embarassed! hahahahhaha ;)

Easter Easter!! where's my eggs?

I loveee Easter....its just like Halloween...the one time your parents actually let you eat tons of candy!! :)
The Easter Bunny had visited!!! I believe in the Easter bunny, I know some of you don't but we do here at my house.

 It was awesome! we went egg hunting with my sisters and brother. My brother is only 1 so he kept picking up the eggs and throwing them! hahahah we got 9 eggs each. They had chocolate inside!! sooooo yummy! We found Baskets at our front door, I just about fainted!!! there was minion stuff!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! Me happy minion!!!
Sachi got Moshi Monster stuff , chocolate and pretty erasers ( she collects them). Kimi got Skylander stuff...she is OBSESSED with it!! and she is such an awesome player! she knows the names of all the characters! Kenzo got some kiddie snacks, Disney Cars stuff and Elmo. So overall it was pretty Awwwsome! my grandma sent us Easter presents too and my mom and dad gave us a few things for getting great report cards! It felt like Christmas! and you never guess what!?!? I got more Minion stuff!!!! i'm totally minion-ified!

Me want!!

Hello fellow minions! This week has been so busy for me. I had battle of the books competition at school. We almost made it to the finals...but didn't win! :( booooooooohooooooo!  I am in a team with another 5th grader and 2 4th graders. The other teams had all 5th graders. The book we read for it was White star a dog on the Titanic, by Marty Crisp.

Anyways then had a 6th grade math placement test for 2 days! If you do good on it you get put in higher level math. It was ok...don't  know what I got yet. Then I had to practice for my karate tournament, had dance and had a music show. I had to play my recorder with a bunch of other kids from other schools. It was at the middle school I will be going to this year. It was freezing on that day. And it was snowing. The show lasted 2 hours!!
So well that was my week. Yesterday I had a father daughter dance with my sister and dad. It was for girl scouts. We had to dress up and look all fancy. Last year I even got a corsage. But this year I told my mom I wanted to save that money for something else I wanted to buy.

The dance was ok. Last year was better. None of my girl scouts friends went to it??!?! I don't get why? Maybe cause it was snowing? Or just cause they were lazy...who knows... So I had none of my friends there. My sister had 5 friends there. The rest of the kids were all from other schools. We had a raffle, cookies popcorn, pop, and lots of other junk food.  The music was sooooo bad...it was a mom that was the dj. She put on really weird music from the 70's! Even my dad didn't know any of it. And she kept making comments over the microphone. She reminded me a little bit like 'aunt Petunia' from Harry potter. Hahahahhahahah! So after a pretty terrible dance we went home! hallelujah! My mom was home with Kenzo and Kimi.
She showed me some cool stuff she found online!!She showed me a video of the 2013 toy fair in New York. Why can't we live in New York?!? They have the coolest stuff happening there! I think it was like in January. They have some awesome toys coming out! But what I am totally looking forward to is the release of despicable me 2 toys!! Oooooh me want banana! It was minion stuff! I was like we need to go there nowwww! I will use my ninja power to transport us there! .....for some reason it didn't
 work!

Making Sock Bunnies!

So now I'm on spring break!! we have had alot of snow!! its awesome! my sisters and I had a snow ball fight already...and of course I won! hahahaahh (knee slapper!)
Its really cold outside! so today I decided to use my minion skills to make something! my mom helped me search on google. She worries about me finding inappropriate things online. One time at school we were doing a history project and I was researching online in the library and then all of a sudden one of my friends shouted my name and motioned for me to come over. They told me to look at the computer screen...and I almost passed out!!!! it was a photo of a naked guy jumping over a hedge!!!!!! like what the hasselhof quadricorn was he doing?!?! then a group of kids surrounded the computer laughing. Until a teacher came and saw it...then switched off the computer! I thought schools were supposed to block that kind of inappropriate stuff. So, Anyways my mom always helps me to do searches because of that.
we found something called Sock Bunnies, it looked pretty cute and we had all the stuff you needed to make it. You can do a google search for it or not. Here is my version of it:

 You need socks (just 1) the more colorful the better, but any will do. has to be long socks not short..you will need them to be long for the ears you'll see what I mean later. A piece of string/yarn to tie around neck. Black felt for eyes. White for teeth  (and for eyes if you want). Pink felt for nose. Any colorful ribbon to tie around neck, tacky glue or anything that will stick the felt to the sock. And finally some fluff/stuffing. 

 
Sorry I didn't take any pics of the next steps.So I'll explain what I did. First you stuff the sock with fluff. you stop just before the heel section. tie it  off with yarn/string. Then you stuff it some more to make the head.

Next you grab the long section and hold it up. With some scissors..(ask your parents for help if its too hard) cut a thin 'V' shape all the way down to where the stuffing is. If its too hard just cut a straight line down the middle (that's what my little sister did and it came out alright).

Next grab both pieces and make a knot.

Yippeeeeee...it stuck on! you can add white felt pieces to the eye to make it look cuter! but that's totally up to you!

Get a ribbon and tie it around and make a bow. And hey presto its ready!!! I love it! :)

The blue one is Kimi's, the pink one is Sachi's and mine is the yellow one. I think they are cute and super easy to do! have fun making them. You can add a pompom tail to them, but we didn't have any so thats why I didnt add it.

Baaaaaaa Baaaaaaaaaaaa

Hellooo..sorry i've been gone a couple of days..my life is sooo exciting, many ninja quests to go on. Many bad guys to catch!!! lol just kidding. So at school right now all everyone is talking about is Taylor swift. she is having a concert this weekend...i think. I actually wanted to go to it. But its all sold out :( even tried to use my ninja powers to get tickets from a radio show. but i think the minion in me was taking over and all i could think about was BANANAS!! ;) anyways, i like taylor swift, not as crazy about her as some of my other friends...but wanted to go cause i haven't really been to any concerts. My mom says she tried to get tickets...and... there will be many more concerts...after all i am 10..so i'm sure Taylor will have more concerts.

during recess we were singing some of her songs. And the boys were changing the words to the songs to make it funny. There's a you tube funny version. loveeee it ! hahahahha

I could watch it over and over. my mom played in the car on the way home from school and we all made that sound too. Was so funny! i think they have a full goat version too. I need to check it out.

I'm backkkkk

Think poisonous sphagetti is interesting? if so then read on... For lunch we had ,well,poisonous sphagetti, someone even found a hair in theirs!!!yuck! Right?Well in addition the sphagetti wasn't even cooked! and it was also tasteless!But enough about that, I went to the zoo yesterday for freeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!And got the chance to hold a turtle shell!And I even rode my ninja quadricorn over a double rainbow!!!And during one of my sisters sleepover I came up with an idea of doing rainbow nails. What do you think?  I'm gonna practice to do more designs and I'll show you how I did them. At school my friends thought it was really cool! Of course it's cool...I am supercool! :)

We have jump rope for heart coming up. You jump rope and see how long you can go, and you raise money for kids with heart issues. This important to me because I'll be doing it in honor of my baby cousin winter. She died in january and she was only 20 days old. She had a heart problem. She was beautiful, I miss her. I will try to raise as much money as I can. 

We went on a skylanders hunt with my mom this weekend . We tried to find molten hot dog at Walmart and even called around. But nothing. We wanted to surprise my sister Kimi, cause she's been so brave with her broken and bloody finger.

Snow is coming!!!

So I have been waiting for the big snow storm to arrive....and apparently my ninja powers are not strong enough to make it snow! ;) everybody at school today was talking about the big storm happening this thursday!!! I cannot wait...you know what that means?!? No school!! What is better than a snow day? Absolutely nothing! I will be jumping off all the sofas and beds in our house! I will be celebratingggggg. So dear clouds and weather please don't let all the children down! Mr jack frost make it snow snow snow!
Last year when we had snow my dad made us an igloo. It was awesome ! He made it big enough so all 4 of us could fit inside. We also had a mini igloo near or playhouse. Then he put Christmas lights all over on top so it would look pretty. Hopefully we can make it better this time. I really want to go sledding too. Our neighbor went sledding last year and fell off his sled and went flying like 10 feet up in the air.... Well maybe not 10 feet but really high. Anyways when he fell down, it cut his chin open. It was totally scary and gross. I am going to be so careful.

Oh I have an update on my sister. Her finger is broken! It will take months for her to heal. Poor Kimi. I think I will do something nice for her tomorrow. She loves skylanders, like completely loves them. She knows all their names and everything. Thats all she ever wants. She wants to get them all. Maybe I try to buy her one. I will post a pic tomorrow. Well I will ask my dad or mom to. Anyways gonna go sleep now... Peace out ninja loving minions eating blue bananas!

Cookie sales and smashed finger!

So cookie sales started today. Did I mention I'm a girl scout? Well I wanted to go start really early but I forgot I had karate this morning. I didn't want to get out of bed cause it was so cold. But I have to perfect my awesome ninja skills!!! :) After I had to go to D.I. (destination imagination) and then I got to go to one of my many awesome ninja friend's houses ;) we played chase and ran around it was fun up until Kimi started screaming. I ran over to see what happened. Keegan my friends brother smashed the door on my little sisters finger. He was trying to push the door shut. I had to push the door hard so that I could get her out. She was crying and screaming. My dad heard what happened and it almost looked like he flew over to us.  Then that's when it started bleeding everywhere. I to it on my clothes and hers. Her nail was was hanging on her finger. Kimi was so brave when my dad cleaned it and bandaged it. Keegan tried to deny that he did it. His dad yelled at him. I started crying because I felt guilty that I hadn't been watching her.  I told my dad to call my mom. But he said she would freak out. Especially because Keegan did it on purpose. He is so rough.
When we got home my mom was so sad about what happened to Kimi. To calm her down my dad got her some ice cream. It helped. Ice cream fixes everything! I'm happy she feels better. I really thought he had chopped off her finger with the door!

I did manage to sell some cookies today. To one of my valentines ;) and to Keegan's dad. I guess I will try again tomorrow! Today was eventful . I made myself feel better by eating caramel delights with my sisters! Gotta go it's my bedtime now... I'm gonna go read...and maybe sneak another cookie or 4!

It's snowing and I made cake!

So I had a great valentine's day, my sisters and I got to pick out what we wanted to eat.  Plus we got a chocolate mousse cake. So yummy...that I ate 80% of it! We didn't go out cause my mom is sick. She's still sick today. We didn't have school today because of some teacher thingy day. Well today I came up with the best thing you can do on a snow day. Can you guess..... Cake !! More cake! Cake makes everything better! Even Narwhales! And cause my mom is sick she let me make it by myself...and it was my first time. But just in case I burned my house down my dad helped me with the oven bit.  I had a friend at school that actually burnt his kitchen down!! He was making macaroni and cheese! He even showed us pictures...his parents were soooooooooooooooo mad! They even had to evacuate their house! So there is no way I would use the stove or oven by myself. One time my mom asked me to warm up some baby food in the microwave for one minute and I accidentally put it on for 100 minutes. Smoke started to fill in the kitchen.. Big mistake!! So I am banned from microwaves! Hahahahahahahah. Anyways while I made the cake I tripped over something and hurt my wrist cause I had to save the cake! The almighty glorious cake!! So am sitting by oven waiting for cake to be done. Outside it is snowing a lot!! You can hardly see anything! There will definitely be a lot of sledding going on tomorrow! I will post some pictures of my cake and snow tomorrow or later. I might make a craft tomorrow to share with you peoples of the universe.

Making valentines... One day to go!

Hello hello! So today was the best day ever..notttttt!!! I had 4 tests in a row: math, social studies and 2 spelling tests! Lucky for me I'm kind of a nerd and I aced them! Aren't you just jealous? Just kidding. Today was parent teacher conference at my school...so I was in ninja mode today. Quiet but awesome! We also had book fair , I wish I could buy all the books but I had $1 and I donated it to a charity that helps retired army dogs. I love animals and I thought it was better I spend my money usefully. I gladly accept any strays ( don't tell my mom!) :)
So anyways tomorrow is valentines day and there only one thing I am looking forward to.... Yummy valentine's day food! HAhahahah! My parents always celebrate it with us, so we get to eat really delicious stuff that's expensive! I am 10 so I'm too young to have a boyfriend but there are a couple of boys that I like. So I have to make them valentine's day cards.  In my school there are a lot of girls that want to have boyfriends and do these love tests too. They even try to sneak to kiss the boys but you are not allowed to do that. I'd rather just be friends with boys. Most of my friends are boys because girls have too much drama.  So anyways I google minions cause I LOVE MINIONS!!!  To make minion valentines. I found one that I love. minions are a way of life...secretly I am part minion too.

Hey,this is my first blog ever...so I hope I'm as intersting as I think I am. anyways let's find out just how crazy I am. I am a part time Nerd full time ninja! Awesome right!?
My ultimate goal in life is to find a quadricorn...! They're real right? Please say yessssssss.....

So today was pretty much like every other day except that we had two hours of math in row!! Eeekkk! Just kidding. We had a valentines day party, the teachers stuffed us with candy! I felt like a thanksgiving turkey. I bet I would have tasted really sweet! I had to hand out my valentines to everyone and I felt Santa, handing out presents. It was a fun party. Got to do lots of activities, eat ice cream, wii and my mom came with my little brother and sister too.  The best part was that we didn't get homework either!!!! :)

Well anyways my mom and dad are making dinner right now, and I have to help watch my sisters and brother. Did I mention I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. Kimi and Kenzo are cute but Sachi is 7 and Is so annoying sometimes!  She always gets me in trouble.  I will you more about them another time...right now I gotta go or get in trouble! Bye people!
